Program Description

Learn English while we take care of your children.

St. Charles Care for Newcomer Children (CNC) program in conjunction with the LINC ESL program provides childcare support to eligible newcomer families to Canada participating in English as A Second Language training.

Parents enrolled in the program that qualify, must participate and attend full day programming to receive CNC Child Care support funded by Immigration and Refugee Citizenship of Canada (IRCC).

The core of the CNC Child Care program environment is to provide a sense of community, support and belonging to newcomer families with young children adapting to settlement in Canada.

CNC provides a safe and enriched play-based learning program for child development and well being that embraces cultural diversity while fostering second language learning to children from 19 months to 5 years of age.
