The Culinary Arts program is yet another highly successful program at St. Charles taught by a Red Seal chef with recognized industry experience. Our students graduate from a ten-month course that provides them with WHIMIS, SmartServe, Food Handler's course and First Aid certifications and two months of on-the-job training in local restaurants.
