Monday to Friday: All locations and offices - 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday nights 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please note that you cannot sign up for ESL on Monday nights.

On Tuesday, October 17 all St. Charles schools will be closed after 11:30am. Evening classes will continue as scheduled.

On Tuesday, October 17, the St. Charles 45 Young Street location will be closed ALL DAY.

Program Description

This course prepares you to take the Canadian Citizenship Test and earn the Language Requirement Certificate for Canadian Citizenship. Let us help you learn all you need to know about Canada and how to apply for the Citizenship Test when you are ready.

Please call the YMCA Immigrant Settlement Service at 905-526-8452 to book a language assessment.
Then ask to attend one of our St Charles classes nearest to your home.

When coming to St. Charles for the first time, bring your immigration documents and $10 consumable fee.
