$10 non-refundable consumables fee (Cash only) for people who have immigrated to Canada and have the following status:

  • Landed Immigrants

  • Permanent Residents

  • Refugee Claimants

  • Convention Refugees

  • Canadian Citizens

Visitor fees apply for all visitors to Canada and Canadian-born citizens. Some restrictions may apply

General InformationEnglish as a Second Language (ESL)

  • Must be 18 years-old or older

  • Focuses on speaking, listening, reading, and writing

  • Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) are used for curriculum document development and language assessment. Click here for more information on CLB.

  • Computer assisted instruction

  • Qualified and caring instructors

  • Full Time (28 hours per week): $84 per week

  • Part Time (15 hours per week): $45 per week
