Monday to Friday: All locations and offices - 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Evening Hours

Mountain Campus (150 East 5th St.): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday nights 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please note that you cannot sign up for ESL on Monday nights.

Downtown Campus (45 Young St.): Tuesday & Thursday nights 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Stoney Creek Campus (60 Barlake): Monday & Wednesday nights 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

- All St. Charles offices will be closed for March Break (March 12-16, 2018) except for the 150 East 5th location (it will be open for registration only - there will be no classes)

- Learn to: prepare, present and serve
- Knife skills and techniques
- Safe Food Handling
- Storing/food preparation
- Time management
- Recipe terminology
- Food preparation
- Secondary School Credit provided upon completion

Who May Apply

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must no longer be attending a secondary school
Ontario resident
CLB level 6 for new Canadians

Please bring with you:
Official high school transcript or credit summary (contact your former school if you don't have it)
Birth certificate or passport
Proof of Ontario residency

There is no registration over the phone.
